As a member of middle- and top management, I have worked across the organization, performing operational implementation of corporate strategy and business development.
After training for the MBA degree, I have strengthened my business insight.

I enjoy managing projects, processes and people. My métier includes leading highly competent specialists in IT- and technology companies.
I am an effective leader that can provide staff motivation, development and sparring.
 
Being use to close customer contact, also in an international environment, I am an experienced communicator. I establish both project reporting and technical documentation in either English or German.
